Once you have decided the THAIS PIAZZA Portrait Experience is perfect for you, the booking process is simple. Choose whether you would like a single session or The Baby Plan.

To book, a $300 creative fee and a signed contract are due to reserve your session date on my calendar.

The Process 

The Planning

Sessions are photographed on weekdays, and we will likely place a date on the calendar during your planning meeting - unless we need to sooner.
Outdoor sessions are photographed directly after sunrise (my favorites!) or prior to sunset for optimal light. For babies and toddlers, I strongly encourage sunrise for best spirits and the least amount of distractions.
I will work with you in the weeks leading up to your session to coordinate outfits and choose the best location for your family. 

 When to book?

Maternity sessions are scheduled within the 28-34-week window
Newborn sessions are scheduled within the first two weeks when baby Is extra sleepy, allowing the session to flow smoothly. Indoor sessions are usually scheduled between 10 am - 1 pm, depending on light.
Family sessions are scheduled in the early morning for little ones. This allows us to a peaceful, free of crowds, all while having fun!

On your session day, your main job is to show up and HAVE FUN! 
I will help you prepare for your session and have all your questions answered previous during our planning meeting. 
Tricks:
Enjoy a meal or a few snacks before the session, nobody Is happy on an empty stomach.
Bring snacks and toys (neutral colors or wooden) In case the little ones get hangry during the session.
Pack a change of clothes - or two - for the kids.
Pack comfortable shoes for mom (outdoor sessions)
Plan something fun to do after the session to treat yourselves.

The Session

THE ORDERING APPOINTMENT

After your session, I will reach out to schedule your ordering appointment - around 2 weeks following your session. This will be a virtual call and typically lasts one hour.
We will finalize your art order during the appointment, so please ensure everyone involved with purchasing decisions is present.
What to expect during this call? We will walk through your images together; share wall art ideas based on your style; select your favorite images; create custom artwork and place your order.
It will take around 12-14 weeks to receive the artwork for your home.

FILE AND ARTWORK DELIVERY

You will receive your online gallery of images within 24 hours of the ordering appointment. If you purchase artwork, your Wall Art, album, and/or keepsake box will be delivered to your doorstep within 12 weeks of your ordering appointment.
We will finalize your art order during the appointment, so please ensure everyone involved with purchasing decisions is present.
